Background: Plaintiffs allege that the Defendants conspired to fix, maintain, and artificially raise the price of motor vehicle component parts and, as a result of the relevant Defendants' said alleged conduct, businesses and consumers who purchased or leased new motor vehicles (not for resale) containing those parts or who indirectly purchased replacement parts (not for resale) from the Defendants may have paid more than they should have.
Class Members: All Entities (excluding governmental entities) in the U.S. from 1995-2018 in an eligible jurisdiction (listed below) that:
(1) bought or leased a new motor vehicle during the class period (not for resale) and/or
(2) indirectly paid for an eligible motor vehicle replacement part
