Current Settlements


If your business accepted Discover credit card payments from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2023 you may be entitled to money recovered in Class Action Settlements.

Domestic Airline Tickets


All entities (excluding government entities) who or which purchased “Air Passenger Transportation Services” for flights within the US, its territories and DC, from the “Defendants” (or any predecessor, subsidiary or affiliate including US Air and Continental), at any time from July 1, 2011 through June 14, 2018.

Containerboard


If your business purchased Container-board products at any time after November 2020 you may be entitled to money back.

Replacement Tires (Direct)


 If your business purchased “Tires” (new replacement tires for passenger cars, vans, trucks and buses) directly from one or more “Defendants” on or after February 8, 2020 you may be due money back.

Replacement Tires (Indirect)


If your business indirectly purchased Tires manufactured by a Defendant for your own use and not for resale on or after January 1, 2020 you may be due money back.

Replacement Tires (Reseller)


If your business (excluding
governmental entities) in an Eligible Jurisdictions” indirectly purchased Tires made by a Defendant for resale on or after February 8, 2020 you may be due money back.

Local Spot TV Advertising


If your business purchased broadcast television spot advertising you may be entitled to money back.

Cash Payments and Other Benefits Are Available for Eligible Current and Former Owners and Lessees of Certain Toyota Vehicles.

Dairy Farmers


Southwestern dairy farmers who sold Grade A milk to Dairy Farmers of America or Select Milk may qualify to claim a share of a class action settlement.
