Background:
Plaintiffs allege that the Defendants conspired to fix, maintain, and artificially raise the price of Power Window Motors in violation of federal antitrust laws.
Class Members:
Entities that purchased Power Window Motors in the United States directly from any of the Defendants January 1, 2000 through July 19, 2018(the “Class Period”).
“Power Window Motors” generally includes small electric motors used to raise and lower windows in a motor vehicle. These proposed settlements do not relate to, and have no effect upon, cases involving any product other than Power Window Motors.
